This package includes 6 optician visits, over a period of 1 year, for all your adjustments and glasses maintenance and includes:

• Cleaner refill every 3 months
• Adjustments
• Change of nose pads
• Minor repairs

*Fees are set for a 35 km radius, within Ontario, from optician’s business address at K1E3T1. For every 5km after 35km, an extra $5 is added to appointment cost, to be paid at appointment time.
